A couple of friends and myself agreed to have dinner together. Dinner was extremely yummy, called martabak - sort of indian & local dish.
An old beggar came to us soon after we finished up. We gave him Rp1,000 and he thanked us so much that he started to pray for OUR health, prosperity and happiness, and KK even requested him to pray for OUR love lives....
On way back, i got an SMS saying that i've won the lucky draw prize : a 14 inch TV from the gym (anniversary celebration). Anything to do with the beggar or just pure luck?
I will go back to Palembang this 5.50pm flight with sister, so relief that it will only take 45 minutes! Holiday on Monday, 16th August... let's count how many days off....saturday, sunday, monday, tuesday (Independence Day) -- a super long weekend, FANTASTIC!!
