A friend of mine is having a conflict in his career life. He doesn't feel appreciated at work and is considering to take a new job offer - with LESS pay, NO benefit, NO car, NOthing (compared to his current job).

him: "yes, because for man - PRIDE is very important".
(me thinking : "but pride cant pay cost of living?")
His philosophy is: Become a king of rats OR tail of an elephant. He said he's experienced the former in his previous job, he's the tail of elephant now, and cant wait to live the life of king of rats again!
