The term lightning-accumulate, usually however English Flashmob (flash - lightning; mobilization - also Smart mobilization ("more intelligently human being-accumulate ", lat. mobilis - mobile) and/or Smart Mobbing designates a short, apparently spontaneous human being-accumulate at public or halfpublic places or purposeful collective Buhrufen with political meetings with those the participants usually personally do not know each other. Flashmobs are organized over Weblogs, groups of messages, E-Mail chain letters or by mobile phone. Although the origin idea was explicitly unpolitical, there were meanwhile already Flashmobs with political background.
